The day began split across two of Essex’s finest country venues.
I met up with Ben and his groomsmen for groom preparation at De Rougemont Manor in Brentwood. Set within magnificent landscaped gardens, this historic manor house combines classic Georgian architecture with modern luxury. The atmosphere during prep was relaxed yet buzzing with excitement as the gents got suited and booted, making the most of the venue’s elegant interior and leafy grounds for those sleek, timeless pre-ceremony portraits.
Meanwhile, Mel and her bridal party were getting ready at Friern Manor Country House Hotel in Dunton. Friern Manor is a breathtaking 18th-century manor house nestled within four acres of beautifully manicured grounds. The bridal suite provided a calm, light-filled space for Mel’s final touches—a photographer’s dream for candid, elegant bridal portraits.
